I just get this problem but i don`t know why

Hello Bosatzu,

Do the following and let me know if it works.
1. Try connecting to the Database Server using the URL localhost:5432 instead of 127.0.0.1:5432
2. Check if Postgres is listening for TCP/IP Connections.
3. Check if you are specifying correct credentials for connections

I think that is more error with the name of the user or the Password

If the PostgreSQL database is located on a different server, then you need to configure PostgreSQL to accept remote connections. See:
