Dear PM Support,

Is it a known issue of mobile skin using the latest IOS 12.2 that new case drop down menu is not displaying anymore?
Currently, our PM users who upgraded their IOS to 12.2 are not able to submit a PM case using an IPAD.

We can replicate this issue on all browsers (Chrome, Firefox and Safari). Only the INBOX, DRAFTS and HISTORY are displaying as they don't used a dropdown menu.

Please let me know if there are any workaround to fix this issue.

I don't have an Apple device to test this. You should do a second install of PM 3.2.1 and see if it works in that version. The mobile skin hasn't been updated for several years. If it doesn't work, then file a bug report about it and post a link to your bug report.
