hello
i have a question about Cron of my ProcessMaker, when i paused a case and assign date and time for unpaused it, the task(case) can not to unpause at the time and date, and when i chek my cron log in processmaker it is empty. why this problem accured?

could you check the permissions and owner of your cron log? you can do this by executing the following command in your cron log's location

What version of PM are you using?
In some older versions there is a bug with BPMN processes that didn't show any info under Admin > Log > Cron.
In PM 3.1.3 and later you can check the logging. See:

Also, do you see any errors when you manually execute cron.php script?
