Hola, buen día. Tengo un problema para restaurar mi workflow

Quiero migrar mi workflow de servidor. Ya instalé y configuré processmaker.

Al momento de querer restaurar el respaldo en mi nuevo servidor me aparece el siguiente mensaje:

I cannot restore my purchase of Workflow Process Manager 2.5.2 because I only purchased 2 licenses for this product. I need the 3rd and 4th license. Please help me restore my purchased items so that 3rd level support can be delivered to me and others who have purchased Workflow Process Manager through your online store.
