Hi,

I am using PM 3.2.1 community version.
I followed the instructions in https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.1/Workspaces#New_Workspace_Form to create a new workspace.
I login as the system administrator with PM_SETUP_ADVANCE permission.
Then I changed the URL of the browser (Firefox) to http://127.0.0.1:81/sysMyCEC/en/myCEC/install/newSite where I would like to create a new workspace MyCEC with the default skin myCEC.
However, the browser went to the login page with error message "ERROR: You have specified an unavailable workspace.".
I revised the URL to http://127.0.0.1:81/sysMyCEC/en/neoclassic/install/newSite but the same error message came up.

Grateful if I can be advised what's wrong with my work.

Hi Karl,
First login with admin user. Then only change the last two parts of the url. Do not touch other parts.
Change this url: http://mypmserver.com/sysworkflow/en/neoclassic/setup/main
To this: http://mypmserver.com/sysworkflow/en/neoclassic/install/newSite
