Hi all,
we encounter this issue:
many case have been missing. We can not find case, both in "advance search" box and in user's next task inbox, although case status is TO_DO.
This happens when user click continue, case will be route to next task.

i check with table app_delegation I found records where DEL_LAST_INDEX = 1 have DEL_THREAD_STATUS = CLOSED and APP_STATUS = TO_DO and DEL_FINISH_DATE IS NOT NULL

Do you have any solution to solve this problem so it won't happen again?
Currently we update/correct data in "app_delegation" table for cases we found missing fields. We are seeking for solution to make this issue not happen again.
