hi,
I'm using community version .when I was testing my workflow I noticed that I get the following error when the number of cases gets more than 300.

and no case count is loaded either.

is there a way to fix this problem?

thank you for the answer. However we didn't get the "errorCode 200" error as the link suggested, but we tried the solution any way and still get the error.

we managed to read some of the code and we examined our query log.at last we found a very time consuming query ( I just copied a fraction as it was very long )

we are not sure this is the cause of the problem or not.

Have you tried clearing or rebuilding the Case Cache List?

yes but still no luck.

we deleted all the cases to check what causes this. we saw the error went away but as soon as the number of cases hits 316, it crashes again

Maybe try increasing your thread stack size? Seems like a potential memory issue.
