Hello,

The three files to edit for the claim case screen are:
workflow/engine/methods/cases/cases_CatchSelfService.php
workflow/engine/xmlform/cases/cases_CatchSelfService.html
workflow/engine/xmlform/cases/cases_CatchSelfService.xml

You have to set the variables in the PHP file and pass them to fields in XML file.
