Initially grid have a multiple upload control which is set to disable mode.From javascript based on the scenario Im removing the disabled attribute and want to add files.But it only displays previously attached files and do not let me to upload files again

I understand your problem, but I found information about this request. We can apparently make it editable or non-editable through the following fields: input and textarea in a grid.
$ ("# gridID"). find ("input, textarea"). attr ("disabled", false);
