Can I start a case from a mail from Gmail..?#827658

I just want to know how to start a process from an external mail and if this is possible how to do o receive a guidance to do it. I am using PM 3.2.1 Community. Thanks in advance

Hi,

As far as I know, you just start a case with Web entry, below you will find more information about web entries:

And if you want that functionality, I think that you need to contact Professional Services from ProcessMaker, they will bring you a Plugin to do what you want but it has a cost.

I suggest you just use Web Entries.
