Hi everyone.

I would like to know if it is possible to have a different ordering criteria for each user's inbox.
For example, the user A would like to visualize its inbox ordered by due date, while the user B would like to have it ordered by case number.

Hello!

Well there is an option to set up the inbox but you need a plugin which is available on ProcessMaker Enterprise Edition it is called Case List Builder, you can find more informaion in the following link:
