Export and Import Users, Groups, Roles, Authentican Sources, User Experiences and Department#825527

Hi,

Please advise how to export all the Users, Groups, Roles, Authentication Sources, User Experiences and Departments from one PM installation and import all of them to another PM installation?
Both installations are Bitnami PM 3.2.1.

First of all, do NOT use Bitnami for production. It is only for testing. See: https://www.pmusers.com/index.php/Migra ... al_install

You can try exporting the workspace and then import it into another server. I don't know if it will work because it hasn't been tested in Bitnami. Bitnami has a different file structure, which is why I don't know if it will work.

Thank you for your advice.
The two installations are two different applications. What are commons are the Users, Groups and Departments, Roles. Instead of re-typing everything, if possible, I would like to export these data from one application and import them to the other.
Is it possible?

ProcessMaker doesn't provide any way to do it. You can use a tool like phpMyAdmin to export the USERS, GROUPWF, DEPARTMENT, and RBAC_ROLES tables from the database as CSV files. Then, you can create scripts like this one which imports the users/groups/departments/roles.
