I have a situation where a user (A) would like to be able to view another user (B) participated cases.

where User (B) no longer needs to be active.
and user (A) should not have supervisor permissions

is this possible to do ?

The short answer is that it is not possible.

Most people use Process Permissions to give the user A the right to see Dynaforms, Input & Output Documents and give the PM_ALLCASES permission to user A so can search for the cases of User B.

PS: You could do a search and replace in the database and replace the UID of User B with the UID of User A.

I'll try out the UID replacement option as we need to solve this one .

You are going to have the do the replacement in all the tables that start with "APP", plus the SUB_APPLICATION table.
