I can not import users from LDAP, I have already set the configuration for a new LDAP connection, buy when I try to find users to export it says "No records found". I wanted to know if there's something to do in order to find the users and import them to processmaker

It is probably a configuration issue. Can you post the settings (except the password) that you are using to connect to LDAP?

Also set debug = 1 in your env.ini file and see if there are any error messages when you try to connect to LDAP.

Server Address: sp099wdc01.compucom.local
Port: 389
Enabled TLS:no
Version: 2
Base DN: dc=compucom,dc=local
Anonymous: no
Username: *******@compucom.com
Password:********
Identifier for an imported user: samaccountname
Additional Filter:

But when I try to search for users the result is always "No records found"

Are you sure that you don't have a firewall in your network that isn't blocking port 389?
