I need to retrieve the Map of the case and its status (The one in Case Tracker)and show it on the case itself.

URL to show a case's process map:
http://{domain_or_ip}/sys{workspace}/{lang}/{skin}/designer?prj_uid={process_uid}&prj_readonly=true&app_uid={app_uid}

URL to show the case tracker's process map:
http://{domain_or_ip}/sys{workspace}/{lang}/{skin}/designer?prj_uid={process_uid}&prj_readonly=true&app_uid={app_uid}&tracker_designer=1
Ex: http://example.com/sysworkflow/en/neocl ... designer=1

If you want to use this outside Process Maker (for example in a link in an email or Output Document file, then it will redirect to the ProcessMaker login page first for the user to login, before displaying the process map.

If you want to use this URL to display the process map inside an <iframe> in an external web page, then the user will either have to login to ProcessMaker or you will have to attach the session ID to the URL, which can be obtained with the login() web service or with the REST endpoint GET extrarest/session-id (need to install the extraRest plugin).

I don't know of any way to generate an image of a case's process map.
