What happens if you change your HTML code to this?
Code: Select all
<p>Access the Link Here: <a href="./login/login">http://10.220.128.111/sysfinance/en/neoclassic/login/login</a></p>
Maybe your formatting is causing the problem.

What I'm seeing is that the template editor in PM 3.2.1 Community (manual install in Debian 8.4) is replacing the URL with the current URL.

In my installation located at http://localhost:321, the editor changes this:
Code: Select all
<a href="../../..">http://10.220.128.111/sysFinance/en/neoclassic/login/login</a>
to this:
Code: Select all
<a href="http://localhost:321/">http://10.220.128.111/sysFinance/en/neoclassic/login/login</a>
The editor automatically inserts the URL, which might be screwing up your template, since the editor might be inserting something you don't want in the URL. I recommend using a complete URL, like this:
Code: Select all
<a href="http://10.220.128.111/sysFinance/en/neoclassic/login/login">http://10.220.128.111/sysFinance/en/neoclassic/login/login</a>
If you want to use a relative URL, then you need to create a case variable that holds the link and insert it in your template.

For example, if you have the following trigger:
Code: Select all
@@financeLogin = '<a href="../../..">http://10.220.128.111/sysFinance/en/neoclassic/login/login</a>';
Then you can put this in your template:
@#financeLogin

However, I recommend that you use complete URL's if you are generating output documents or emails, since the user won't be clicking the link inside ProcessMaker.
