Hi Team
I have 3 tasks.

Task 1 - i create a case
Task 2 - My manager approves it and submits. I want my name to automatically pick up when my manager submits case
Task 3 - I get the case back

How do i do this?

In Task1, set the following trigger to execute before assignment.

Code: Select all

if (!isset(@@FirstUser) or empty(@@FirstUser)) {
   @@FirstUser = @@USER_LOGGED;
}

In Task 3, set the task to use Value Based Assignment and the variable to be @@FirstUser.

Just my email notifications doesn't seem to go through to my Supervisor. Are you able to check my trigger please.

I have used @@requesterId as the Initial person. And @@supervisorId as my Supervisor.
The email goes only to the requesterId and not to the supervisorId

The ID in your @@supervisorId variable is probably wrong. How are you getting the value of your @@supervisorId ?
