Good day,
I have some issues about clearing the uploaded file using the processmaker file-control.
First, I tried the http://wiki.processmaker.com/3.1/File_c ... _controls . It really clears the file and the value of the file-control but it loses it required function when clicking a submit button.
Second, I also tried to use the $("#file-id").clear(); then it resets the value of the file but after executing the said syntax the file-control is no longer functional. The events like click and change is no longer working.

Is there any solution for this issue?

What version of PM are you using? You should use a MultipleFile field (which is called "uploadfile" in the interface) instead of the File field. In the future, the File field is going to be eliminated because there are so many problems with it.

You can try restoring the required property with enableValidation().
