hi all,

firstly sory for bad english,

there is missing output documents . i checked file location for missing output document with case uid, this missing file is availavle here. but i cant see them on document tab. last month i have at least 8 pages but now there is only 2 pages with 20 document.

what is the problem here? i checked forum cant find anything ,
and how can i solve this problem?

Have you assigned Process Permissions to give users to right to view the task which contains the Output Document?

If that isn't the problem, then check whether the record of the Output Documents in the wf_{WORKSPACE}.APP_DOCUMENT table in the database has APP_DOC_STATUS = 'ACTIVE'.
