Hello again,

Is there an easier way to copy the whole group and a few other users, with an email notification after the task is routed apart from writing the script on the Trigger?

Hello!

You can use the notifications that a task has, in the properties of each task you can configure the notifications since it has 2 options: After routing notify the next assigned user (s) and Notify the assigned user to disk task.

for example if in task A the notification is configured using the option "After routing nofity the next assigned user (s)" and in task B it has a case assignment method "Self Service" in addition to the task B is assigned to a Group. notifications will reach all users who are assigned to the group.
