I want to add pmt table fields for search instead of APP_TITLE,APP_TAS_TITLE or APP_NUMBER in cases search filter

Please help..which file i should change..

If you have the Enterprise Edition, you can use the Case List Builder plugin to do this. If you are using the Community Edition, you can design your own custom case list by creating a plugin.
