Hi All,

I want to start a new case based on a value in the database. Let me explain what i want.

There is a process where manager approves the list of files in a grid. He will change the status column value in the grid to approved and click submit.

I want to start a new case for all the files which the manager has approved.

You can do it with triggers and rest api.
first check grid rows in trigger and if approved then create new case with api
