Hi,
My requirement is like if the first approver is a user, I will use PMFNewCaseImpersonate to start the case from a value based assignment task.
If the first approver is a group, I will be using PMFNewCaseImpersonate to start the case from a self service value based assignment task.
The format used is as below :
PMFNewCaseImpersonate($processId, @@SYS_NEXT_USER_TO_BE_ASSIGNED, $aData, $taskId)
In both scenarios, I will be substituting @@SYS_NEXT_USER_TO_BE_ASSIGNED with user/group ID's.
I am able to achieve the functionality when I am assigning the task to user. But its not possible when first task is to be assigned to a group.
Can you please let me know what needs to be done here?
Thanks,
Kiran
