I have created a process with triggers, dynafoms, end mail event, etc in the processmaker. It works fine in the PC version. but when i try to run the same on mobile , then it is taking too much time for loading. It is not showing the forms in the processmaker . plz help me with this problem. thanks

Can you post the JSON file for the DynaForm which isn't loading in the PM mobile app? It is probably some field which is causing problems.

Just a quick question.
I have installed the above on my test box. When I opened it up, when I selected "Designer" there was no content.
My test system is a windows environment. Did I make a blunder?

FYI, I have the same problem. I have been using PM for quite some time. I installed the latest server version and then installed the mobile app. I am receiving notifications on the mobile app and can see the task list fine. But whenever I click into an existing task or try and create a new task from a process using the mobile app, it just continually displays "loading".

Processmaker v 3.0.1.8 inbox items not show on mobile version

Hi I have the same problem in the mobile version.
In the PC version the inbox with cases shown.
In the mobile version shows the empty tray for the same user.
Anyone have any information to resolve this?

vfloresr, Here are some things to check:
Are you using Android 4.4.4 or later or iOS 7 or later?
Are you using PM 3?
Did you configure the Server IP address, workspace and clear the cache under Settings?
