Hi,
I am having an issue where random emails are not getting sent and remaining in pending status. This cannot be related to the cron as most emails do go out. It also cannot be related to the email address being sent to, as some emails to a user will go and then at a different day or time, the same type of email to that user will work perfectly.

Any insight into this? It is causing us major problems.
