Hello,
In the documentation it is mentioned that after unpausing a paused case the task's due date is reset.
So does that mean if a task has 10 business days to complete, after day 5 the case is paused and 5 days later it is unpaused, then the due date resets to 10 days after unpause? is that correct?

Hi,

Sorry for the late response the answer is yes, the due date is reseted after unpasing a case. Cofirming this with some examples I was testing in v. 2.8
