Hi everyone
I'm using ProcessMaker 2.5.2 and PHP 5.3.13 And Windows Server 2008R2.
I'm created a database in MS SQL Server 2012 and Created a table into database.
Database name: Sample
Table name: t1
Table fields: c1 , c2 (Figure 1)

Now,i'm created a new database source of Microsoft SQL Server. (Figure 2)

Then,after created dynaform in processmaker:(Figure 3)
1-Add a DropdownList control in dynaform.
2-In data section input sql query.

But, in preview mode dont retrieve data in dropdown.(Figure 4)

It should be noted,It's working all Above step for Oracle Database and retrieve data in dropdown.

Hi mahyartt,

I would recommend you to try one of these:

- Check your FREETDS configurations.
- Change your SQL query to SELECT c1, c2 FROM t1.

Let us know how this goes.
