Hi,
I'm trying to create a new workspace for a PM Community using ..install/newSite.
After I have fill all forms I click on "TEST" button showing me this alert "this site is not available".
I don't understand the reason for that...

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,

We experienced this problem before, could you try to clear your browser cache, and try with different browsers?. Which version of ProcessMaker do you have?

Luckily I have resolved the problem clearing the cache !
