Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a process, that requires something to dry for four days.
As I haven't found this functionality natively in ProcessMaker, I created a trigger, which should pause the case with a timeout of four days.
That trigger is set to fire "after routing".
However, while the trigger seemingly fires, the cases state isn't set to paused, instead, it continues as normal.

Trigger code:
Code: Select all
$futureDate = date('Y-m-d', strtotime("+4 days"));

PMFPauseCase(@@APPLICATION, @%INDEX, @@USER_LOGGED, $futureDate);
I hope, someone here is able to help me, thanks in advance!
