Hello everyone,
I am currently working on a process, that requires something to dry for four days.
As I haven't found this functionality natively in ProcessMaker, I created a trigger, which should pause the case with a timeout of four days.
That trigger is set to fire "after routing".
However, while the trigger seemingly fires, the cases state isn't set to paused, instead, it continues as normal.
