Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a process, that requires something to dry for four days.
As I haven't found this functionality natively in ProcessMaker, I created a trigger, which should pause the case with a timeout of four days.
That trigger is set to fire "after routing".
However, while the trigger seemingly fires, the cases state isn't set to paused, instead, it continues as normal.

Hi, there

which version of processmaker you are using?
You can simply just pause this case by actions-->pause. it will pop out a date selection form, then choose which day you want to end.
