Dear Liliana,

I have placed my triggers which inserts data in database in After Routing Step.

how do i perform Exception handling here?

if an error occurs it should not derivate to next task i need to display error message instead..

Hi pereirablair,

In this case you can use the javascript instructions like try or catch and use your own code in order to redirect to a previous step before the derivation occurs. This can be used inside your dynaform and create an event to be used as soon as you click on the submit button.

Another option is to create a trigger using PHP instructions (try or catch) and assign the trigger after your dynaform.

Hope this information helps you.
