I'm just have a problem when i send a mail in processMaker, there is a special characters like (é, è... ) the HTML can's support this characters.

How can i fixe it.

Well, you're trying to send those mails with an HTML template?.

If you do so, just use into it the HTML page, an meta tag with charset=UTF-8.

It works, i juste put this code <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> between the "Head" and for every "é" i put "&eacute;"
