Dear all,

How do i handel html tags in mail template.

Requirement:
i have a textbox in my dynaform.and i inform the user about the data entered in the text box through mail template.
using processmaker tag @@fieldname in the mail template.

if there exist newline then it also includes \r\n tags.how to overcome this issue.

Hi,

You can create an HTML templates for your emails by using the Process File Manager, there you can add HTML syntaxis as well as process and system variables.

Dear Liliana,

i was using @@fieldname instead of @#fieldname in the HTML template.

this solved my issue and works fine with proper HTML tagging.
