Dear all,
i am aware there exists PMFDERIVATE and events but doesn't seem to be easy to implement and have not either tried it.
my requirement.
the organization has linemanagers in every department.After say 7:00,the linemanagers shift is over,so my case is pending in linemanagers inbox.and the department users are still working in the office.
I need to derivate the case to the user in linemanagers absence.
i would i go about.
case scheduler and cron is above my head.
can any one provide me simple steps.
