Dear All,
I need your assistance.
i am creating a case in process Maker.In this scenario;
I want to send this case to different users as an information or action to be performed.
HOW DO I DO THIS?
i cant use parrallel fork since my next task is undefined to whom i will send this task too,Since its is based on users which is manually defined.
I cant use GROUPS in SELFSERVICE either because , it is upto the user to decide whom the case need to be informed.
I cant use manual assignment or value based since it must derivat to multiple users.
example
when sending a mail , "CC" all the CC users are also informed.
HOW TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM.in a way this functionality is user friendly.
A Solution can be implemented;
if case notes allow ,apart from participated,to also define multiple users manually to add notes by mail if not participated.
this will be of great help in case of this DEADLOCK.
