Problem:

I have 2 downloads / versions of PM:

a zipped download in directory pmgz (version processmaker1-1-1999) and a svn version in directory pmsvn (revision 2029 today 2008-11-13)

Both versions have the same workflow/engine/config/paths_installed.php, which means they have the same databases.

When pmgz is started everything is all right
when pmsvn is started

som menus are missing (e.g. SETUP - PLUGINS and SETUP - UPGRADE SYSTEM) database schema is not in sync: Could not execute query [Native Error: Unknown column 'OUTPUT_DOCUMENT.OUT_DOC_GENERATE' in 'field list']

Question
How do I upgrade menus and syncronize database schema?

Any hints is appreaciated!
