t seems to be possible to add rows to tables within the database (i.e. tables that contain data for the co-called 'PM Tables'), and for some of these rows to remain invisible when the PM table is viewed from within the system.

Anyone know what is causing this and preferablly how to fix it?

Drogo,
I wonder if your problem is that you are using the same key value for multiple rows.
If multiple rows in a PM Table have the same key, then only one of those rows will be displayed. Each row needs a unique key field (or combination of fields to make a unique key.

surely process maker creates a primary key field on the table and puts a constraint on it to enforce this?
