When using the fast search box on case lists, it seems to always "remember" the search terms, how do you set it so that when doing a fast search, it clears it as if nothing was entered?

There is no way (unless you are willing to hack the ProcessMaker code). If this really bothers you, file an new feature request at bugs.processmaker.com to be able to clear the search box automatically.
