Hi everyone...
I'm trying to find a solution for my problem. I have a table with Companies names, and their phones, adresses, etc. What I need is to take that table and assignate each company to different users, so when they start a case, the first task must be the company resume assigned to that user... besides, eaxh user has more than one company assigned . ¿Can i do this?

If I understand you correctly, you want to 'prefill' the users with cases based on rows from a table... I would probably write a script using SOAP to achieve this. http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/ ... b_Services
