I worked around CentOS, but then I wanted to export my workspace to Fedora.
I followed the steps of http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/ ... ocessMaker in order to Backing up and Restoring workspaces, however it raises an error (attached image).

I think someone already had this problem previously because it is documented at http://bugs.processmaker.com/print_bug_ ... g_id=14201, but that solution doesn't work to me.

Please, any suggestion?

Have you tried updating the Pear tar.php file?

http://pear.php.net/package/Archive_Tar/download

Or get the updated one from 2.8. I think i had this error before, because php was too new. Not sure what version pm/php you are using.

I have tried what you said, but it doesn't work.

For now, updating Processmaker isn't an option.
I use Processmaker v2.5, and my php version is v5.5.20

I think may be it relates with the following error documented at http://bugs.processmaker.com/view.php?id=13862, but i tried that and again it doesn't work for me.

Please, if you have any suggestion, write it down.

What version of PHP do you have in Fedora? Fedora often uses the latest version of PHP, which causes problems with ProcessMaker. In Debian/Ubuntu, it is relatively easy to install an older version of PHP. I haven't had much luck in Fedora with downgrading PHP, but I didn't try that hard, since I don't regularly use Fedora.

Another thing to check is whether you are the root user. The problem might be that you don't have file permissions to access the backup file or you misspelled the path or filename.

Actually, I have root permissions so the problem isn't here.
In Centos I used php v5.3.28, but in Fedora I use php v5.5.20. May be the problem is here.
