Hi,
we would like to add a sub Menu in order to download all Documents from a Case.
It means after opening a specific case i can press a submenu on menu Information or Actions and download all documents from my case.

What you recommend to add a SubMenu in that Menus?

It is possible to create a plugin for such functionality?

I'm not sure whether you can add an item to an existing submenu with plugins. I have never tried. I do know that you can add another top menu or another submenu or another item in the cases sidebar with plugins. Good luck.
