Can you help me, i want to create event intermediate timer . is it necessary to execute cron.php? and what will happen if they not execute cron.php?

Hi,

Check this documentation it will help you, and yes you have to execute the cron either manually or automatically. If the cron is not executed then the condition or event won't be accomplished.

can i know why email reminder still receive email the same days?. what i want after 2 days email receive to reminder when form is not complete. if form complete in 2 days email reminder can't work or not send as reminder.
