Hi everybody,
I have to import some cases from another system.
In this system, case description and comments are HTML formatted (with html tags as <b>, <br>, etc.).
I have to put these fields in a PM field (which can be editable).
So, I want to replace the "<br>" tag by a "new line" instruction, and so in the PM field, the text structure will remain the same as in the source system.
On an other hand, I want to concatenate 2 source fields in a single PM editable field, and I want to insert 2 "new line" between these 2 source fields.
The "<br>" tag remains "as is" in the PM field.
I tried to insert "\n" => it remains as is ...
Nice to have : keep the character style (bold, underline, etc.)
Have any idea ?
