How can i force a view mode on a GRID and make it Readonly inside a DynaForm.

You are right. "View" mode doesn't work when a grid is embedded in a master form.

This has probably been said elsewhere but if you set mode="" on the main dynaform then set mode="view" on the grid within the dynaform it will disable it

Unfortunately, embedded grids in master forms don't have a mode property and they don't respect the view setting of the grid form. I have posted a way to disable the fields in a grid with Javascript. See: http://wiki.processmaker.com/index.php/ ... ields#Mode

thats weird - it works for me. I saw your mode link and started using that but then I downloaded the Purchase Request example from the library and thats where I saw how to do it.

I'm using the version before 2740, maybe thats why
