I am trying to implement the Knowledge Tree Mashup and cannot find documentation on this topic. I've checked the website, Wiki and everywhere else I can think of with no luck.

I can see how to install the KT plug in into my KT 3.5.2b installation by untaring it into the KT directory heirachy and I think I see it in KT's plugins administration panel as "Workflow Association Plugin" but what to do next is not clear. For instance I'm assuming I need to configure both KT and PM to tell each how to find the other at a minimum.

This error is common when for some reason the KT server is not accessible by ProcessMaker (bad url,firewall restrictions, etc)
