I would like to know which table will store the data that we entered in a form/grid?

In the workflow database the table name is APPLICATION. The field in the table that stores the data is called APP_DATA it stores all the data for the case in a serialized string.

I would say that data stored in APPLICATION table are hardly exploitable;
You might want to create a Report Tables first on both Dynaform & Grid data so you can use / export them in an easy way.
