HI I have a quire for example employee raised a ticket for leave and manager unfortunately approved the leave and the task has been completed, after completion manager want to reject the approved leave . so how to retrieve the approved data from pmt table and how to send the rejected information to the particular employee
please help me.

Hi Keshav,

If I understood you, you want to reject a form that has been approved first, if so, this is not possible once you sent information case data can't be modified, even if you entered to DB because all data is serialized on APPLICATION and APP_CACHE_VIEW tables.
