Hello!
At the moment ProcessMaker do not have a system variable that gets the category's name. but you can create a trigger and put it before the dynaform with the following code:

$result = executeQuery("SELECT CATEGORY_NAME 
FROM PROCESS_CATEGORY
INNER JOIN PROCESS
ON PROCESS_CATEGORY.CATEGORY_UID = PROCESS.PRO_CATEGORY
WHERE PROCESS.PRO_UID ='$proc'");
@@categoryName = $result[1]['CATEGORY_NAME'];

In the varaible @@categoryName it contains the name of the category which can be assigned to a textbox or whatever you need.
