EASIER WAY TO GRANT PERMISSIONS

When setting up a new process, it seems as though permissions must be granted individually to groups and individuals. In other words, there's no "All" option in the "User or Group" dropdown. I am setting up a few processes where permissions will be granted to all system users who meet certain requirements (such as "participation required" = yes), which is tedious to set on a per-group or per-user basis.

Is there an easier way to set permissions such as "all users can see everything associated with a case as long as they have participated in the case"?

Hello

Only you can Assign Process Permissions to a user(s) or group(s).
you can check the following information in the links about "Process Permissions" in the documentation of processmaker:
https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.2/Process_Permissions
https://wiki.processmaker.com/3.1/Process_Supervisors

Best regards!
