I need help regarding when I click "Case Notes" when I'm on the participated screen, I received a prompt saying "You do not have permission to access the cases notes". Even though I am sure I do have permissions set on that particular process. Any advice would be appreciated.

To open the case of the link, the user needs to be logged in into ProcessMaker.

If the user doesn't participate in the case is because the user doesn't have specific process permission and for that reason the user recived the error "You do not have permission to access the cases notes".

Check if the user is participating in the case and if the user has specific process permission.
