Dear PM Gurus,

Recently, most of our PM users who are using a PC and their user interface is set to mobile the checkbox field is not displaying. It was displaying before using a Mozilla Firefox but recently its not displaying anymore. Would there be any workaround to display the checkbox field in mobile interface (default browser: Mozilla Firefox) without changing the interface of the user to normal or switchable? Also, I would like to avoid changing the checkbox control to a dropdown.

The PM version we are using is 2.5.2

What is probably happening is that your web browser is upgrading and the new versions of the browser are not compatible with version 2.5.2. You should do a test install of PM 3.3 and import your processes and test whether they work. If they work, then do an upgrade to PM 3.3.
I know that PM 2.8 is better updated for current browsers than 2.5.2, so you might also try using PM 2.8.

If that doesn't solve the problem, then you will need to use older versions of your web browsers.

By the way, classic processes from PM 2.X will run in PM 3.X.

Thank you very much for the reply with regards to my issue. I just checked with our sys admin that the policy of our browser settings are in auto-update.
